Projector Circuit Board Cloning is to help client re-manufacture the electronic PCB card of projector, hereby mainly refers to mainboard, restore PCB board layout diagram and gerber file in order to re-manufacture it;

There are also some important electrical equipment and ventilation equipment in the projector, such as transformers and fans. The function of the transformer is to convert 220 V mains electricity into 24 V AC voltage for projection light bulbs.

Projection bulbs are mostly 24 V/300 W bromine tungsten lamps. During its operation, the temperature inside the machine rises, so a squirrel-cage fan is needed to reduce the temperature inside the machine and expel the large amount of heat generated during the working process of the projection lamp, So as not to damage the threaded lens and electrical equipment.

Projector steps 　　

1. Place the projector at a distance of about 1.5 to 2 meters from the screen, make sure that all switches are turned off, and then turn on the power; 　　2. Open the mirror cover and gently open it to the maximum angle; 　　

3. Turn on the power switch. Under normal circumstances, there should be a phenomenon that the bulb turns on and the fan rotates; 　　

4. Adjust the mirror, focus knob, and color edge adjustment knob until a clear white bright surface appears on the screen; 　　

5. Turn off the projector after use, and try not to keep it in standby for a long time.
