Actually it is better to keep the size of legendary marking in the standard of 0.8X0.15MM or above, which makes the manufacturing process easier, and others refer to the white oil block, such as the description marking on the crystal or some of the DIP electronic components, some of the manufacturers use white oil to cover the soldering pad while others may probably require to expose it which also require to make clear description,
And in the postive effective over printed wiring board replication, there are also some mistakes, like the switch on the resistor and capacitor markings, but it is very rare to see; some of them need to print the marking like UL, RoHs, PB and Printed circuit board manufacturer logo and code.
