Electronic switch PC Board of automobile windows composition is mainly included power supply, fusible wire, circuit breaker, main relay, switch, motor and indicator light.

One or more thermal circuit breakers are installed in the printed circuit board or motor to control the current and prevent the motor from overloading. The function of the main relay is to turn on or off the door and window circuits which we can learn more functions for each items through reverse engineering automobile circuit board’s window closing/opening system.

When the ignition switch circuit is turned on, the coil circuit of the main relay is also turned on, and the main relay is connected to the circuit of the doors and windows.

When the ignition switch is turned off, the main relay also disconnects the door and window circuits to prevent damage to electrical components and accidents.

The switch is used to control the lift of the door and window glass. The system is equipped with two sets of control switches, one set on the driver’s door armrest as the main switch; the other set on each occupant’s door as a sub switch.

The indicator light is used to indicate the working status of the door and window circuit, mainly including the power indicator light, the passenger door and window circuit indicator and the driver’s side door and window lift status indicator.
