Reverse Engineering PCB Board Service Procedures

Step 1: 

After we receive the original PCB board from customer (if customer need to reproduce the PCB board, at least 2pcs of original PCB boards will be required, one for destructive experiment and one for prototype/production visual inspection reference, reference sample can be returned INTACT), estimated quote for manufacturing unit price and official quotation of reverse engineering PCB service charge will be sent from us, customer prepay 50% of payment, CECL starts the project upon the confirmation of the receipt of pre-payment;

Step 2: 

After process finish and informed by CECL, all PCB board design files and production documents will be provided in the format of PDF, through which customer can check them and if ok, arrange the balance payment;

Step 3:

After the receipt of balance payment, CECL will delivery all of the documents about target PCB board to customer within 3 working days, Layout Drawing by Protel99se, Gerber File by CAM 350 software, Bill of Material will be submitted in the format of EXCEL file;

Step 4:

After all the documents complete, CECL can prepare the quotation of prototype, trial order, mass production quantity separately according to customer expectation include PCB manufacturing, component procurement and PCB assembly, as well as functionality test if necessary and required by customers, the test platform and method will be provided by customers;
