Use diode and varistor to absorb the surge voltage, use isolator transformor to isolate the power supply noise, use conductor filter to filter the interference signal on certain frequency, use resistance, capacitor, inductor combination when clone printed wiring board to sideway, absorb, isolation, filter and decoupling the interference voltage and current. If the anti-interference components can’t be used properly, it won’t not only increase the interference, it can even become a new source of interference.
As for the selection and installation of capacitor, tantulum capacitor has a good effect on the low frequency, and it should be installed in the entrance of power supply when clone printed wiring board. Ceramic capacitor has a better effect on the high frequency printed wiring board clone, which can be installed close to the integrated wiring. When install the capacitors, the lead must be shorten as much as possible, but the installation location of the components mustn’t be sacrified for shorter leads, and should install on integrated wiring’s vcc or GND pinout which require sideway. When the conductor impedance on the printed wiring board can’t match, it will occur the mutiple reflection noise, connect the impedance matched resistor on the terminal and starting point can elimiate the interference.
