We can provide PCB board repair service for most types of single, double sided and multilayer PCB boards. Both through hole and surface mount (SMD) components are tested in circuit where possible and out of circuit, using our vast range of latest specialised component testing equipments.

All of our engineers have the knowledge of electronic circuits, mechanical principles, automation control and computer mechanism.

We possess first-class trouble shooting and testing equipments: on-site fault tester, chip tester, storage oscilloscope, dual-trace oscilloscope with straight-reading, frequency counter, function generator, logic probe through which can fully detect board logic parts, memory, digital/analog circuits and integrated circuits, shorten the maintenance cycle of failure parts and improve the accuracy of maintenance.

Working Procedure:

A. Reviewed PCB boards sent from customers and using a variety of circuit boards repair equipments to detect the problems location(s) of each faulty PCB board;

B. Dedicated repairing cross function team hold the communication necessary and compile project plan and working time schedule;

C. Carry out appropriate repair method according to the PCB board schematic drawing and write related report of printed circuit board repairs.
D. Collect technical data from those being repaired PCB board after contract done and analyze the stability; (Include AFTER-SALES service, guarantee 6 months).
