What You Receive
- Gerber files, all layers (RS-274X) — manufacturing at any PCB fabricator
- Full schematic diagram (PDF, editable source on request) — analysis, maintenance, redesign
- Bill of Materials (Excel / CSV with part numbers) — sourcing components
- Pick-and-place file (CSV) — automated assembly
- Assembly and fabrication drawings (PDF) — production reference
- Netlist verification report (PDF) — proof the data matches the physical board
How a Project Runs
- Send photos of both sides of the board. We confirm layer count, board size and component density, then return a fixed price.
- Fixed quote, usually within one business day. No hourly surprises — the price is fixed before any work starts.
- Layer scanning and schematic capture. Each copper layer is imaged and re-drawn, then converted into a readable circuit diagram net by net.
- Verification against the physical board. The extracted netlist is checked with continuity testing, so the data is proven rather than assumed.
- Delivery — and optionally a rebuilt prototype. You receive the full data package; if you need confidence before production, we fabricate and test one board.
